When a request is made, your Internet Protocol (IP) address is recorded. The purpose of recording your IP address is two-fold: we would like to assure requests are logged only once and should you need to be contacted regarding your submission, the address would be verifiable. St. Philip.com believes in proper e-mail etiquette. We allow you the opportunity to "opt-in" to receive communications from us and our partners each time we have the opportunity to request information about you. We will not automatically send you information/offers you don't want. Users who no longer wish to receive communications from us and our partners may contact us at any time to change their status from "opt-in" to "opt-out." Users who are interested in assisting St. Philip are invited to contact us. We require a name and e-mail address, and we give you the option of giving us further information such as mailing address, phone number and area of career interest. Your e-mail address, and any other contact information you give us such as mailing address and phone number, will not be shared with anyone except for the St. Philip employees responsible for recruitment and hiring. We may contact you if we wish to explore possible employment opportunities.

St. Philip has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Data is stored on separate servers that exist behind secure firewalls. (A firewall is a built-in computer feature that keeps a Web site or server safe from intrusion by other computer users or other servers).

If we change our privacy policy, we will post a notice on our site so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their previously submitted information in this different manner.
