Faith Formation is a Lifelong Journey
Seems like Christmas was yesterday, but already it is time to look forward and plan on what we might do to enhance our Lenten Journey. Our Lenten Line-up is inserted into today's bulletin so pull it out and put it on your refrigerator for safe-keeping. Of special note are our Small Christian Communities. You will see that there are two being offered. Please read through what they are and prayerfully consider if you can participate or even host one. One way to ensure that you will actually do something for Lent is to host a Small Christian Community and I guarantee you won't regret it! Whether you want to host or participate please give me a call (Linda-610-804-7606) to register so I can order materials. Should you decide to host one, no worries as it is as simple as following the book.

Once again, we say, "Thank you" to our most generous friends at St. Philip Neri Parish.  A special thank you to Bishop McDevitt High School, too (apparently a visitor to St. Philip Neri read about the wonderful works you do for us and gathered donations at their school!)  We will conserve wisely to try to make these gifts last throughout the winter.  Many hearts, including ours, were warmed by your love for those in need.  May God's Blessings Be with You Always! Our normal day is the third Thursday of the month, carpools leaving the area at 8 am and getting back no later than 12:30. New volunteers are always welcome either for our regular day, and/or to receive e-mail alerts for emergency needs. Contact Cindy Veit at LWVeit@gmail.com if you can join in this effort. URGENT: Please contact your Legislators in Support of School Choice!

As an Archdiocese, we recently announced major school restructuring to ensure sustainability. If a school voucher program had been in place 15 or even 10 years ago the measures likely would not have been so drastic. Please contact your legislators and ask them to support school choice today by visiting www.pacatholic.org.
