Celebration of Sacred Liturgy Resume Starting Weekend of June 6th & 7th

Information Regarding Celebration of Sacred Liturgy during Pennsylvania Yellow Phase:

Archbishop Perez has announced that parishes of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia will be able to resume public Masses the weekend of June 6th & 7th. We at St. Philip’s welcome you back, it has been too long! Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus as we make our way back to the in person celebration of the Mass. All of us need to do our part to make sure that our return to Mass is a peaceful and safe experience for all. Please take the time to read the instructions below. We ask everyone to follow these guidelines when attending Mass.

Note From Msgr. Vance:

With great joy I can announce we will be resuming Sunday Masses in our Church starting June 6th & 7th. Weekday Masses will resume on June 8th. The Mass schedule will remain the same as usual (5PM Vigil on Sat, Sunday 7AM, 8:30AM, 10AM & 11:30AM) and we will live stream the 10AM Mass (available on parish website) for those not able to attend.

The liturgies will be a bit different than what we are used to, but none the less we can once again worship our God as a community of Faith. We will have procedures for proper distancing and disinfecting pews between Masses. Check the bulletin or parish website for updated information or call the Church office at 610- 834-1975.

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end and life will get back to some state of normalcy! My sincere thanks to all those who faithfully send their contributions, although I am not surprised by your faithful stewardship of the parish. Your generosity has gotten us through thus far and I am sure you will continue to sustain the parish for the rest of the crisis. Donations can be mailed or dropped off at the Church Office or you can take advantage of our online donation program “Parish Giving”, more information can be found on our website: www.saintphilipnerichurch.com

Keep the Faith St. Philip’s! #SPNStrong!

-Msgr. Vance
