Step into the ancient darkness of Good Friday as scripture, silence, and candlelight lead us into the Mystery of Christ’s Passion.
Join us at Saint Philip Neri Catholic Church for Tenebrae, an ancient candlelit service of Scripture and meditation on the Lord’s Passion. Each extinguished flame deepens the shadows in a night of piercing music and profound prayer, drawing us into the powerful journey of Christ’s sacrifice.
Presided over by Reverend George Szparagowski, the evening will feature solemn readings accompanied by hauntingly beautiful music provided by the Laudate Dominum Choir, Schola Cantorum, and Vox Lumina Strings.
All are welcome to join us for this profound evening of reflection as we observe Good Friday.
