St. Philip Neri School News 🏫 - [July 5th Bulletin]
This summer, St. Philip Neri will be completing several important improvement and safety projects for our church and school community.
Summer campus projects
Over the coming weeks, work will include:
- Remodeling and updates to two girls’ restrooms
- Upgrades to the 5th grade classrooms (trailers contained within brick walls, installed in the 1990s), including:
- New ceiling
- Improved lighting
- Updated ventilation
- Electrical outlets
- Flooring and windows
- New carpeting
- Fresh paint
- New carpeting throughout the school hallways
Safety and security enhancements
We are also investing in additional safety measures:
- ZeroEyes, a proactive visual gun-detection and situational awareness platform that works alongside digital security cameras to rapidly detect dangerous and suspicious situations—helping provide valuable time for individuals to move to safety.
- DefenSafe/DefenseLite security film installed on glass entrances and first-floor windows throughout our church and school.
Project cost and gratitude
The total cost of these projects is approximately $400,000. We are only able to undertake this work because of your continued support.
Time and again, you respond with open hearts and remarkable generosity. Thank you for your faithful support of our parish—we are truly grateful.
